Tony is the No. 1 New York Times bestselling author of Quiet Strength, Uncommon, and The Mentor Leader. He led the Indianapolis Colts to Super Bowl victory in 2007, the first Super Bowl win for an African American head coach. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2016, becoming the first African American to be inducted as a coach, and was also inducted into the Colts Ring of Honor.

Dr. Ware serves as Executive Director of Grace Relations and Special Assistant to the President at the College of Biblical Studies. He has served as President and President Emeritus of Crossroads Bible College until 2019. Dr. Ware is Founder and has served as Senior Pastor of Crossroads Bible Church, Indianapolis. He serves as a consultant on racial reconciliation and leadership.
